We’ve been hearing horrible things about the latest Apple iTunes update. As posted here major-glitches/”>at Engadget there has been many problems. As I posted early that I was having major issues with iTunes 7, and iPod Updater 1.2. I was at a stand still today when I would launch it would just hang, and you were unable to force quit. The Finder would then get hosed. The only option was to force shut down. After a couple times, and repairing permissions and such. I trashed my user plist files for iTunes within my user pref folder. Then everything seems good. All this afternoon, I’ve had iTunes running and so far so good.
Just a reminder. If you are to do this, remember, your prefs are wiped. So you’ll have to reset all your prefs.
