It is completely unacceptable and I&#039;d like to get it fixed for you ASAP. We stand behind our quality and we&#039;ll fix, replace, or refund anyone who gets a product that is less than perfect, perfect in your opinion. Can you please send me your order # or the e-mail address used to order the product so we can take a look at the problem and get a replacement sent out to you before Christmas?
